In the remote communities of Maker Kuei, families face significant barriers to healthcare. Long distances, food insecurity, and limited access to medical services mean many children miss out on the care they need during the most critical years of life.
Through Mary Ward International’s partnership with Loreto Rumbek, healthcare workers travel directly to remote villages, delivering life-saving vaccinations, monitoring children’s health, providing nutrition support, and giving mothers practical advice to help their children thrive.
